Our Cloud

Shared folders on our cloud are our way to share files, pictures, videos, manuscripts, etc. with collaborators and with the press. Links are sent by email, and access is often granted temporarily. If you would like to extend access please contact schniepp@wm.edu.

• Navigation: The files/folders can be navigated using the web interface by clicking on files/folders directly, by using the browser's back/forward buttons, or by the “breadcrumbs” displayed below the green bar on top, starting with the “home” symbol on the left.
• Download entire package: Use “download” button on the right end of the green bar on top.
• Quick image preview: simply click on a image file or its thumbnail. This will go to a quick previewer, showing images in reduced size, but very quickly. By clicking the “<” or “>” buttons (or using the left/right buttons of the keyboard) the image contents of the entire folder can be browsed quickly.
• High-resolution image download: To get a high-resolution version of the image, click the three dots of an individual image “…” toward the right side (white background) and select “download” from the drop-down menu.
• Video Preview: videos can be directly previewed in the browser by simply clicking the file. Fullscreen view can be enabled. Pressing “ESC” on the keyboard will close the video previewer.
• Thumbnail mode: By clicking the “Thumbnail” button shown left below, the system will give an enlarged preview of each file, so the gallery can be browsed visually (only images and folders are displayed). Clicking an image will invoke the preview. By pressing the button shown below on the right, the regular list view mode is re-established.
